Re: sock heel flaps

Thanks everyone! I managed to finish the sock today. It's a bit big I think, but not bad for a first try. I goofed on a few of the slips (so there are some turned stitches) and I didn't like how I picked up along the heel flap side for the turning, but I'll keep practicing.

I've been reading RCTY for years now and have popped in from time to time. It's only now that I'm putting more time and effort into my needlework that I felt the need to get back to reading the group.

So, when I had my question I knew exactly where to turn for help! This is a great big warm and welcoming place.
