I must tell you , the read sweater becomes addictive , the `sculptured`pattern is Wonderful , the wool is a very good wool [ and having bought it at sale prices , still pleases me]. the color is easy for my eyes at any hour i pick it up to knit another row ,, \the color Becomes me ,,, Gee i hope it is legal to enjoy one`s knitting.:>:>:>
I always loved patterns were all the `activity` is on one side , while the other is on one contineous stitch . I do indeed knit the sweater top down , but since it has a front opening [ were i knit 4 stitches on each side all the time in knit , thus on the purl rows i knit the first and last 4 stitches but all the other i purl !!] . But even if it was closed and in the round , having the possibility to `relax` on one side helps , to make it into a good project. The ONLY problem i have just now is ,, wanting to do only that and nothing else ,,, mirjam
