About 10 days ago I ordered some size 80 thread from Knots and More online without checking with our newsgroup to make sure they aren't in the habit of ripping customers off (yikes, stupid, grumble, ugh) and haven't heard from them since. Somebody please tell me they're a decent company to do business with or not so I can try to get my money back. Thanks, Kimela
