We have the results from the nerve and muscle biopsy from Loyola University Hospital. We were hoping that the immune system was attacking the mylan but, that was not the case, it showed up as negative. We do thank God that it is definitely not MS or MD. So it was none of the above. The immune system attacking the mylan is the only treatable cause. They said there is no more testing. She will have to do more pain-management. They told her the same thing that Mayo told me; you will just have to manage the pain.
It has been rough for both of us now with walkers and trying to help each other. We have a lady from church that comes in and does our laundry for a small fee. We can not go to the basement. we will eventually have to get a ranch on one level or move the washer and dry upstairs.
I do mean to get squares to you but have been very busy the last year. Maybe without so many doctor visits I can make some more squares. I love the blanket you all made for me. I keep it right next to the recliner. It gets cold here in the winter just like your area, I just love it and show it to every one.
