VERY OT: a 'heavenly' experience (?)

(I'm not overly religious.I consider myself a Gnostic Christian, with a very open mind to the Earth religions and the Mystical as well.)Tonight I saw three Angels or angelic beings outside our home.They were very tall, very strong looking, and quite masculine.I immediately said a quick prayer that if they were sent to guard us from any danger, that they accomplish their mission.... and told Don about it.Surprisingly he didn't scoff or argue or laugh at me....He's been there when 'other' things have happened.Hugs,Noreenfeeling well guarded and blessed.

About a week before I went in to have my hysterectomy to remove the cancer (14 years ago this past August), I had a dream about my best friend who had passed away about five years before with Kidney Failure and other complications. She never spoke... everything around me was white, totally white. Janet came toward me in white also, and a male figure was behind her also in white. She came close enough that she could have hugged me (but didn't make contact at all) and smiled, looked back at the man, and then looked at me again and shook her head "no". They both drifted back away from me (while still facing me), not exactly floating, but not walking either... it's hard to describe. And before they faded away completely I woke up... feeling better and more relaxed than I had since being told that I had cancer.

I told my Mom that it felt almost like Janet was telling me that it wasn't my time! My Mom agreed that it was very likely what it was. :o)
