Do I remember reading here that there was once a home for homeless needlework supplies and kits?  If so,
does it still exist?  I mentioned that there once was such a thing on another group, and I seem to have
found some potential donors.

There was someone years ago but, IIRC, she had asked if anyone else
wanted to take on the job.  Sorry, but I don't remember if anyone did.

Good luck!

Not sure where you are located, or if you would ship if need be, but I know
there is a secondhand craft shop in Fairport, NY where my daughter lives.
Last time we were up there visiting, I checked out the shop. They have EVER
Ything imaginable for crafts, sewing, needlewoork, knit/crochet, etc. etc.,
all donated. All proceeds from shop sales benefit the local senior service
s. Here is their website: http://craftbitsandpieces.com/ I am actually in t
he process of packing up a lot of my 'stash' to drop off next time I'm up t
here.
