Hi Peoples!!! Soooo glad to be back from California!! Had a wonderful time, tho! Did something different each day and spent more money than anticipated, but it was worth it!! DS and his fiance' and i went to the Long Beach Art Museum/Gallery. The Aquarium. Santa Anita Race Park, what a great place for pictures! and took a boat tour of Long Beach Harbor. Out for lunch or dinner or both everyday! Saw 4 or 5 new quilt stores too! Had a great time in those!! Had to buy fabric. Just a must-do!! the down side to my trip was learning my Amer/Airlines flight was cancelled....but i got the next flight out on a 767 and bumped up to
1st class!! was that nice or what??? when i got to my connection in Chicago, i had a 4 hour layover, so i took a cab ride around the city and came back just in time to hop onto my plane!! what a pretty city at night! pretty poooped out today, so i am headed off to fondle my new squishies and plan another quilt.
