I bought a box of sewing-related stuff at a yard sale, and it included a complete set of cams for an old Kenmore machine. There was also a manual for a Kenmore 171, but I suppose the cams would fit many related Kenmores.
I have no use for these things, so I'd be delighted to send them to anyone who does for the cost of postage, or if you're in the Toronto area, you can come by and pick them up.
If anyone has any ideas about how I can find a happy recipient for them, let me know. I tried to give them to a store that takes trade-ins and fixes machines, but they didn't want them -- I suppose they have enough stuff around. The people at the yard sale had sold the machine itself at their yard sale the year before, but didn't think to include these parts. They were disposing of the effects of a deceased relative. So I have no way of finding the no doubt disappointed owner of a zigzag that can't.
I hate to just toss them when they could be so useful albeit to a very limited number of people!
