Rum Balls

1/2 cup undiluted condensed milk (Not the sweetened stuff) 1/4 cup sugar 1 pkg (350 g) chocolate chips 2 TBLS rum (For a change, you could use a coffee liqueur)

In a small saucepan, mix milk and sugar. COok over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and rum. Chill until cool enough to handle. Shape into balls. Coat as desired.

Coating options: instant hot chocolate mix, icing sugar, coconut, crushed nuts.

I usually put them in those mini-cupcake cups for serving.
