Recipe follows:
1 cup skim milk powder
1/3 cup boiling water
2/3 cup sugar
3 TBLS melted margarine few grains salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. This is the equivalent of one can of Eagle Brand milk.
