I was thinking of buying a used copy of "How to cook" then saw this book also for sale. I do more baking than cooking (huh?) so I figured I'd ask if the baking book had much more info.
I would have to imagine so, but you never know.

I own a copy of it...its quite fun..but honestly I have had to alter some of the formulas to make them...one of my favorites is the peppered spice cake>>can't remember the name
It's my favorite baking book. And the photography is perfect.
I made the blueberry pie and the chocolate brownies - they were great.
