5 second site? Help!

I've started to track stats to my website with (it's free, no ads), and to my chagrin, the majority of visitors to it stay 5 seconds or less!!! ARGHHHH!!! I was wondering if some of you have 5 seconds (hahahahaha) to look at it and give your opinions as to why. I have had ppl in the past say that they hate frames, but I don't know if an alternative to them that wouldn't require an eternity of work. I have problems with my neck and can't spend hours on the PC anymore. Maybe it's boring? Not organized well? Too slow to load? whatever... if you have any comments, good or bad, they'd be appreciated. TIA
