Thanks!! ((((((hugs)))))) Practice, practice, practice. That's what worked for me. :) Your hands will get steady - it just takes some time. And, um, less caffeine, which is my current problem. :D

]awwwwww.

well, you did ask.

**smile**

you wouldn't have to actually BREAK them - use the stuff you use to make your gorgeous squiggles and run a crooked line down the middle all the way around.

NO -- Kandice you stay in love, and happy. It is the way it is supposed to be. Make happy beads, girlfriend.

Nope, the San Jose man is coming to me, I think. I asked him if we could go see the ocean on Valentine's Day? just for something to do.

Oh, I agree. I have grown up on the Northern Pacific Coast. The Pacific is a turbulent Goddess, who will take a life without any remorse. Jagged, jutting rocks appear out of no where. The sound is loud and roaring. The edge of a cliff can hang over the water almost as if it is taunting her. The waves crash into the shore with such force that you can almost imagine the ground moving with each pounding it takes. With only a few exceptions, there is no resting place on the surface of her waters for the moonlight to stand.

I have visited the East Coast. Long Beach Island in NJ to be exact. This is where my husband spent his summers when he was growing up. It is calm and smooth at most times. It flows gently with glittery lights dancing on the surface. Beautiful stretches of soft sand lead up to the gently lapping waves. She is a serene Goddess.

I love them both, though.

wow you make it sound beautiful and that I should get on a plane and go there. I grew up on the Washington and the Oregon and the California coast. But never been to the East coast

And yet the Pacific was named for its peaceful (pacific) qualities.

And of course the North Eastern East coast is quite different from the East Coast in say, Florida, or the Gulf. For one thing, the South is much more "swimable" (ie warm!) It is not necessarily calm and smooth, I have seen and felt waves taller than myself. There is even a small cult of people who surf, although the waves really aren't professional size. My most vivid memory of the West coast, is the water was FREEZING cold!!!
