AD: Charity Auction - Week One - Chocolates! for Breast Cancer Research

I was just reading in the ebay forums that a person was listing a Breast Cancer foundation as a recipiant of their auctions and people weren't being sent the items.

Are you finding that you are having a problem with your auctions? Just thought I'd mention it as I don't know how it might be affecting donations to the Breat Cancer Foundations. If you see a slip in bids you may want to put some type of disclaimer on the site. I don't know how wide spread a problem it may be.

Since I don't sell on ebay anymore - i don't really read anything- but - if you read my auctions - you will see that I ask that the payment check be made TO -- Susan G. Komen foundation.... so they will see their check cashed by the Foundation - and there will be no doubt as to whether the money went to them. Also - I would think the feedback system would reflect if people were not receiving their auctions - my feedback on Justbeads reflects my honesty.

I felt bad when I had read that in ebay apparently the person kept changing their account name. But you are right. It shouldn't be a problem since ppl should realize they are making the check out to the foundation itself. It's such a worthy cause I hate to see some rotten apples making it difficult for people. :-)
