AD- Tillerman Beads auctions on JB and beads in shop

Phew, we're coming to the uphill climb to the sunny season, although it doesn't seem like it at the moment as the canal has frozen and the birds are all shivering in the North Sea gales we've been having lately.

It hasn't slowed Mike down though, despite a few run-ins with flu and the like, he's been making beads and really enjoying playing around with the research he's been doing into historic bead styles.

So, we have a few auctions on JustBeads this week:

My favourite is the turquoise melon beads:

We also have hit a milestone, I've just finished putting the 100th bead set in our online shop, although a number of them are in the 'sold' section, it was a great feeling to see that total climb higher than it's ever been before. We have more stock right now as we've not been able to attend the planned bead fair this weekend in Chepstow so all the beads Mike's made are now online. A last note. I've sold the British Lampwork domain and the management of the advertising cooperative to another British lampwork artist, Sally Carver. She will be taking over officially on February 1, and has great plans to take the program into some new directions. I felt it was time for someone else to take on the project now as I'm up to my elbows in alligators and wanted to find someone else to take on some of the projects I've been running.

Best wishes to Sally, and thanks for looking at the auctions and shop.
