AD- Ireland invaded by Tillerman Beads listings this week

Yup, it's Ireland's turn to be under the glare of the TillerPeeps spotlight. You may learn a bit about the place, you will certainly learn about Su's fondness for Guinness and you will absolutely wonder why Mike lets her write the auction listings.

The secret? They're done while he's asleep.

So, here they are:

On eBay.co.uk:

'Doire' with the cool marble beads that were inspired by Cindy Palmer's discussion on how to re-do crappy import beads really well.

On JustBeads:

'Dubh Linn' with more cool marble beads amongst the black and white beads.

I love Mulranny, Su. The color combo is a bit different (from what I remember) from Mike, too. Sunlight on the bay, indeed. Very nice!

Hi, Su! Love the beads, had to bid on a set, of course. I also appreciate all the Irish information being of Irish descent myself. I was lucky enough to go once, it was in the 1970's - a bit tense over there, but exciting. They were not used to an American woman traveling by herself, and I ended up having some adventures. Patti

Thanks, Peggy! Mike's been trying to work outside his usual 'comfort' colours and thinks that Mulranny is one of his nicest sets of this round.

We really appreciate all the comments and support we receive here.

Thanks, Patti! We saw the bid come in while Mike was here for lunch, he gets such a kick out of hearing the computer make funny noises when there's a new bid.

It's still tense over in Ireland, even now. Peace seems like a bit of a dream on occasion. I can imagine you had quite a few adventures. Even ten years ago when I came here to England it was considered odd for an American woman to be travelling on her own. I ended up having an adventure or two but we won't mention them in front of the children! They usually involved Guinness, happily.

Thanks, David!

I went all Irish just for you. I thought you'd like a change from Welsh and Scottish. Next week I have no idea, it's looking like Man or Cornwall, depending on my mood.
