RECENTLY I PURCHASED A CROSS WITH A 24" SILVER LOOKING CORD/CHAIN - AND I BROKE THE CORD - I'VE DONE A LITTLE BEADING. AND WAS LOOKING IN MY FIRE MOUNTAIN CATALOG - IS THIS SILVER CORD -CALLED FRENCH WIRE? IF NOT WHAT IS THE CORD CALLED AND WHAT TYPE FINDINGS WOULD YOU USE. WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE. DD

Here's some help, I hope you appreciate it:

UNLOCK YER FUKKEN CAPS-LOCK KEY FOR KHYSSAKES!!!!!

(I know, I know.. I used the caps-lock key to tell you not to.. It's really friggen annoying, innit?)

French wire cannot be used for chains, it's too lightweight (it's like a watch spring).

What you probably have is a snake chain. If you can upload a pic to the web and post a link, we could probably tell you what it is.

(and please don't use ALL CAPS - it's considered 'shouting')
