I've never heard the second meaning before.
There's also, "Oooh, I'm wet" which can be delivered in a million different ways, or used completely ambiguously.

I've heard it used both ways. My ex-H used the second meaning a lot. Not necessarily "kill" but used it in terms of holding a grudge or being really pissed at someone, i.e. - "He's really got a hard-on for his boss".
