AD: New beadies posted to my website!

I have to say that the topaz beads I got in the mail yesterday are so gorgeous, Kalera. Your pictures are good but these beads are even better in the hand. They made me drool when I unwrapped them and no I wasn't hungry. ;=)

Ok, but I want more than one set. :-D

Or just bring some glass and make them on the spot. But hurry because the weather could change any minute and the next nice day won't be until April.

I never got to see Fallen. Dammit, Kalera, just leave them up and post "SOLD" next to them. So we can see 'em. Grrrrrrrrr ~~ Sooz To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong. ~~Joseph Chilton Pearce

While Sooz is running around acting like a nut, you can make a set in that color for me. We can throw a bead one way, and when Sooz dives for it, I'll grab the rest of the set and head the other way.

Uh, yeah. What she said! That focal makes me want to go inside it.

Aw shucks, thanks Margie! I think that so far I like that color and the purple ones the best... it has just the right amount of shimmer and depth.

(do NOT eat the beads! Spit them out!)

I'll just bring my supplies and head on over now... the kids will hardly notice I'm gone! ;)

The way the shopping cart is set up, it takes them down for me automatically... but I can ask Moxley if there's a way to mark them "SOLD" instead of making them disappear.

You know what I just realized? I have three sets of your beads in this color! I am so ready for golden autumn.

Okay, mom. I only licked them, I swear.

Oh, did I mention it's a cheap flight from Manchester to Italy? You can get these really low-priced return flights for under £50 in many cases.

And Europe is so small (relatively - I wouldn't walk it) that it's possible to visit Su as an extended day trip. If they give you a "free day" with nothing planned, you could easily visit Su and be back for the next day of classes. Just leave the evening before the free day (or early that morning), and return on the last flight of the day.

I've done this - well not visiting Su, but traveling across Europe on quick jaunts and returning to home base the same day. It's simple, cheap, and I've met some of the most interesting people on those flights. (I also refuse the food they serve on the flights - it's invariably disgusting. Bring an apple in your bag, you'll be much happier)

Wow, I'm a 'feature' of international travel! :-D

We're just an hour by train from Manchester airport, it's very easy and convenient to get from there to here. And here to there.

It's amazing how easy it can be to get around, people in the US sometimes don't have a grasp of how close things are, just as people here really cannot grasp the immensity of the US, maps just don't give the right impression.

Anyone who wants to make me into a 'feature' is welcome to drop in. We can always make room!

That's so funny! It always cracks me up when I realize that, unconsciously, I've geared up to work in a color scheme. For instance, so far this week I've made FIVE sets in varying combinations of green and purple. All unintentional. Hmmmm...
