Hi everyone.
I posted some new specials if you'd care to take a look:
Thanks!
All are wonderful, but those safari saucers just send me. I want to wrap them in cellophane and put them in a candy dish!
Barb
hehehehe I own two of those safari beads:) They were in my bag-o-goodies from Lori's bead giveaway.
Not looking, not looking, NOT LOOKING!

Hee hee hee.
You'll have something in your hands to look at very soon. :o)

Freakin' yum! Is it just me, or do all the saturn saucers look like gorgeous candy? I just want to eat them. I love them all Lori!!!
The transparent ones especially. I don't know if people like to use the shape but there's just something about them that mesmerizes me. I think the fact that they're round...perfectly round beads do that to me too.
Thanks. :o)
Wow. Beautiful
Ooooh, yes....it's the symmetry and light and the depth of color and....and..... ****sigh****
Those giveaway beads are *scrumptious*! I love those colors. Mmmmmmmmm!

Gorgeous, Lori! (I was "temporarily unable to post" when I read this thread earlier) ~~ Sooz
Love that saucer shape, Lori
is that some new "bead press" shape??? very cool love your colors - especialy the "cherry" ones.. yum yum
what glass is that???
Cheryl DRAGON BEADS Flameworked beads and glass
Thanks Cheryl.
Yes, it's one of the Corina bead presses....lollipop and saturn shapes in there.
The glass is moretti transparent striking red for the cherry ones and various amber/topaz mixes for the others.
I think Moretti transparent striking red is one of the most underrated colors of all time. It's a *gorgeous* color, and few people will use it.

I know. I think people are intimidated by the fact that it's a striking color. I think it's only tricky when it's used sparingly, and even then, it's not so bad. Oh well....more for me/us, if you know what I mean. :o)
It sounds wonderful. Is it a golden red like your harvest beads
It's more of a golden red - it doesn't have much pink to it. But striking red can appear in all sorts of shades of red depending on how you work it.
The funniest thing is that people who have mastered rubino will avoid the striking red, which is a doll if you can strike ruby! And then they go nuts for the Lauscha red, which is a nice red but so's Moretti.
