Okay - the battle is once again joined to rid the world of fugly, ugly and generally hideous blobs of glass with holes in them. As always I expect someone else to pick up the battle once my limit is reached.
Kandice - would you PLEASE stop making purple/plum beads????
Mj
Hehehehe NEVER!!!
It's been up for a friggen hour and has a bid of over a hundred bucks. And you thought that "mediocre" chick might have been talking about your beads. :-)
oh geez - I knew I shouldn't have looked just based on the title!
and now I'm dead.
Has to be some kind of record - I was outbid within 30.5 MINUTES!!!!!!! AGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!
Mj
LOL - well she was talking about a set of beads that had a high bid that
*she* thought was mediocre. :)I don't like them. I don't.
I said and said and said these words, I said them, but I lied them.
i want them i want them i want them i want them i want them....
Thanks, Marisa!
Ooh, lovely! I think I might be inspired to dust off that watchmaker's case with all my colors of pixie dust in it! I don't think I've touched the stuff since my second class with Sylvie, heh! Kandice, you rock! :-D

Evidently a lot of folks like it because it's already up to $147!! Great job, K.

I just love these, Kandice, but you already know I'm partial to purple ;). Oh, and that toggle is too cool!! I bought some big mandrels at the Gathering and they've been gathering dust. I need to pull those babies out and do some rings and toggles! You go girl!
I knew I shouldnt look.. but I did. Moth to a flame... ok.. klunk.. yep.. those are something special. Diana
Kandice, your beads are so awesome!

Thanks, sweetie! That actually took quite a bit of practice - the big hole mandrels are so different to use. They're heavy, so I switched hands a lot. Also, getting a thin, even line around the big mandrel is quite a trick. No coffee before doing that one!! LOL It was fun though - I think I will be doing quite a few more. I need to get more mandrels, though, because right now I can only do one per torch session. I think these toggles would look wonderful as part of a lariat. That's what I had in mind when I designed this set - metallic berry colored seed beads woven around the lampwork in a glorious lariat. Mmmmmm. Okay, I'll stop now. LOL
Thanks so much everyone!! :)
