oh Carol!! Heal well--I posted some info on comfrey root tea a while back for KathyNV---it used to be called "knitbone" and probably would not hurt to take...
also, MSM crystals help with swelling and inflammation, help lower pain by inhibiting prostiglandins. And I hope you take a multivitamin, and eat things with calcium in them too---yogurt, cheese, and also beef broth made with bones boiled. Sarajane
