Couldn't sleep at all last night....

Dang! Part of why this concerns me (even second hand) is because even with my thyroid acting wrong, it's a whole lot better than having no thyroid activity.

Too bad there's not a simpler solution. Good luck on the surgery.

I know what you mean about the thyroid thing, Tina. Frustrating as heck, isn't it? I've decided just to keep my current dose of replacement hormone until six months after surgery, when all the other hormones have had a chance to settle down somewhat. In the meantime, natural progestrone cream is REALLY helping.

When I had my hysterectomy, I kept my ovaries. After the surgery the surgeon told me he had taken the cradle but left the playpen. Shirley

Hey, I always thought my size tens were big, but you have me whupped! Of course though, I'm five foot three. I might have you beat in the "proportionately outsize" category.

I love my big feet because I love shoes, and when you have big old feet everybody notices the incredibly cute chunky-heeled purple suede Mary Janes you just bought!
