Dawn, All these beads are great - similar shapes for most, but definitely different decorations and color schemes. Love "Aztec Sun" and "Cherokee" is breathtaking. Great work, congratulations!

Hi Dawn, I've been among the missing for awhile!! Almost forgot the pleasure of drooling over lampwork beads. These are fabulous.! Love berry, woven and cherokee. Peace, Lilyflower lilyflower @ theworld.com
Thanks Su! I thought I heard you in the bushes!....LOL!!!
Thanks Patti! Those squeezed beads were fun but those little pots take FOREVER to make!!!
Well, glad to see you back! Hope all is well. Thanks for the compliments on my beads!
No, that was me with my nose against the window again.
I'll pay for the window cleaner this month, sorry!

I love THESE!!
Thanks Kandice! I've been going a little crazy with the raku decorated beads lately but I just LOVE that glass!!!
I just wish I could get raku to work!!! You do lovely things with it. :)
HOLY---!!!!! Get 'em now, because in a year or two Dawn's going to be getting $400+ for her sets.
She's already gotten almost that much from me! LOL.
It was worth every single penny to get the seashells I still have. I've given quite a few to people but there are some left in my stash for ME.
I would pay all I can afford for some people's work. And sometimes I pay more than I can afford but not more than they're worth. Who can put a price on something that reaches in and grabs your heart?

Oooooo....I hope, I hope, I hope.....keep thinking those good thoughts!
Thanks Kandice! But don't give up on raku yet! I went through two jars of frit just making mud until I figured it out! And since you're going to be stretching your creative wings.....give this a try.....
This is for colorful encased raku. Make a small barrel out of black. Roll in raku frit and melt in. Now get the entire bead "white orange hot", I mean really heat the snot out of it!!! Then quickly marver it to chill it. (I just use my graphite marver, but brass will work too.) You will notice that the raku turns almost black. That's a good thing! Now encase it in clear, and as you do you will see the colors starting to develop. And they're even more colorful when you take them out of the kiln!.....Now go DO some RAKU and let me know how it works out!!!
You are just Sooooo sweet! =o)
