Several of us make dichroic cabs. I have a few on my site, and I think Kalera and Patti both have them. There were a few in the Rebekah auctions too!
I don't know anyone in the Sacramento area, but I bet you can find someone local if you ask on here:

There is almost no description of these gems.....and the photo is bad? Not real smart. But it looks like a very nice auction -- they're not doing well by it. They should write it up a little.

These folks sell a lot, from what I've seen. There's one guy on the pow-wow circuit who comes to Dela Park every summer, and I think he's been buying his dichro (for belt buckles, etc) from them. They sell it by the gram, though, which is pretty silly.
It is pretty, though.
