Just Beads

I'm having the same luck. All my beads on eBay are not getting bids. I have tons of folks looking, but just no bids. I think it's just a bad time to have so many up on eBay. I've only sold one item through my eBay in a month.

I am seeing so many lovely things go unbid-on, both on eBay and JustBeads. I do see some beaders doing well off their mailing lists who do a lot of marketting.

I didn't get many sales when I did Justbeads, but it's been awhile, and I didn't stay there long enough to get repeat customers. Ebay is better for me, and my web site beats them both.

It's always been an off and on thing for me. One week Ebay does well, one week it's Justbeads. I took December off because it was too chilly and breezy and I just couldn't produce predictably. At least I have a nice stockpile now. I did my first listings of the year last night.....two sold BIN from Ebay within a few hours, and I have one bid on Justbeads. Overall last year (I track this stuff) I did better on Justbeads both in terms of number of items sold and overall sales (higher bids/more BIN's). Still, some weeks will surprise me.

yes - I only sell there - instead of ebay. however - the bids are much lower on Justbeads than on ebay - I don't think as many people look there. For the "buyer" - Justbeads is probably bargain heaven - most people just don't realize it. I've seen beads on ebay go for much higher prices than what mine go for - and I personally believe mine are just as nice -- don't know why - shrug.... but I sell there on a regular basis...

There are several people I see on both sites. Blue Heeler, Two Sisters, Mothwoman. Those are the ones that come most immediately to mind. I always check both sites for them. (Nisha does JustBeads only) I think there might be a slight tendency to have the fanciest go to eBay , and more basics for beaders who want more than a focal go more to JustBeads. Those three seem to list about equal amounts on both (I think). You'd have to ask someone like that to get an accurate comparison.
