Kandice,
When my little kiln stopped working I got a replacement pretty fast. However, someone told me to go to the local ceramic supply house to see if they could repair it. They were able to diagnose and get it up and running in 20 minutes. If they can't do it, all the parts are there to get them going again.
Austin is a small town in the scheme of things. We only have one store to purchase rods from and only one good ceramic store. If we have one you might be able to find a good one too.
