Off Topic: Good thought and prayers

If you all know a great prayer or have some healing thoughts to spare, please send them to my sweet Father in Law in North Carolina. He's 88 and has had a heart attack. While it's not as bad as it could be, it's going to change everything in his life.

We all love him so much....

You all are so good to send your thoughts and prayers to Elbert....and he really is doing much better. The prognosis is guarded, but he's eating and knows who we are. Very confused about where he is and why, but that's to be expected. I've been a lucky woman...I've loved both my parents-in-law and all of the rest of the outlaw in-laws of mine. Frankly, I just want him healthy for a few more years. (I selfishly want MY littlest grandaughter to know him...and she's less than 2 right now.) Thank you all again. Any you have to spare are appreciated.

Laurie,

They are headed his way...my absolutely darling grandfather had a pacemaker put in recently, and it has changed everything in his life too. Many vibes headed his way, and I hope he can adjust to the change.

I wish him a happy life. My FIL is improving, slightly....but improving.

It takes time...that I've realized. I hope you can find strength in these times...it's scary to have to go through something like that with someone you love.
