OT - Need jewelry finding vibes

I seldom wear jewerly I've made (never taking off 2 silver chains, one with 2 small baby shoe charms and one with a jade buddha). Recently I finished a copper and serpentine necklace with bracelet and just loved them!!! I started wearing them almost everyday and have different favorite (hawaiian) shirts now that work with the necklace instead of the other way around!

Long story short... went on a scavenger hunt of sorts this past weekend and found tons of cool stuff to recycle and repurpose but in the process lost the necklace and bracelet. I had taken them off and put them in my shirt pocket (yeah I know, beyond dumb). Best friend Billy and I went back and looked in several places for over an hour with no luck. We're going back today to retrace our steps so I figured what better place for good jewelryfindingvibes than here!!!!!

I know this isn't tragic but damn I almost cried when I had to go home without them... :( yeah kinda silly!!!

I know this is sort of weird, especially since I'm not Catholic, but try praying to St.Anthony. He is the saint of lost objects. These prayers really do work. Once I came in the house after a very expensive bead buying trip, and stashed some Charoite beads somewhere in my house because I didn't want DH to see how much $$ I'd spent. Later on, I couldn't remember what I did with them. I prayed to St. Anthony and I swear, I dreamt where they were, woke up and went to the place and found them. I'd put them in a dresser I never use, it probably would have taken me months to find them. Patti

Living in the very Catholic south I was only a little surprised when my neighbor said she had prayed to St. Anthony for me after I told her about it losing them other day!!!

Billy and I went back and looked for as long as we could but no luck. I'll just have to remake both pieces once I replace the serpentine nuggets. They were such a perfect color and size. I finally remembered where I got them and sent an email to see if they had more (they are marked sold out but ya never know!). I love the pale serpentine and especially with darkened copper!!! And here I thought I was a silver-ho exclusively! :)
