OT - Thank you BeadBimbo!

Thank you for the lovely smelling pick me up. And the neat beach bead. And it showed up on my B-day! (insert little happy dance) And to make the mail situation even better, I also got a survey check!

Looked at another house that's actually in our price range and the landlord went on a cruise with my in-laws a few years ago. And it's even got 2 bathrooms! Old school landlord so that's a plus (rental app actually says husband and wife on it - go figure) He did say he'd have to think a little on putting a fence up (but we did say he didn't have to pay for the materials so that should help)

So, it's been a pretty good day so far. See, things CAN look up!

Yeah, and we get out of sight of nosy non-helpful neighbors (whatever happened to going up to someone BEFORE you make allegations and maybe offer help?)
