You know there are those days when you feel that if you didn't have a good support system you would fall into a black hole? If I didn't have you guys around I know I would have been in that hole yesterday. I was upset with the crazy bidder but I was more concerned about her feedback remarks. Of course she posted them after agreeing not to do that with Square Trade.
Anyhow, I want to thank everyone for their guidance, encouragement, and most of all...SUPPORT.

your ebay story is not half as bad as the one I am dealing with right now.
I bought two items - the seller did not disclose that they were cheap plastic - not glass items. I told him I was not happy - he said "100%satisfaction" in his ad - and "return them" I returned the items -- and he never gave me a refund - not one cent... I left a negative -- and filed an ebay complaint (they don't do jack shit).... Paypal won't do anything either -- and then he left me two nasty - false negative feedback - claiming I had never paid him.. what a crock of shit - he got his PAYPAL - and kept all my money AFTER I RETURNED HIS GOODS -- just so you all know - he's not a bead seller.. sigh thank god better yet though - I'm going to the post office tomorrow - because I kept his packaging.... He turned a US POSTAL priority mail box inside out - and used it as his packing box... which is just a WEEE bit illegal. I plan to file a postal fraud claim against him.....
