I tried making this palais bracelet from the WAJ magazine. Mine came out a little small (the pattern said it was a med., but this definitely wasn't!), so instead of having an extra long (i.e. ugly!) hook, I made a hook to match the bracelet. I thought the bracelet was kind of hard for a beginner project. It was hard keeping thos angles even and lined up. Next time, I might draw the angles on a sheet of paper, to check while I'm working the wire, to make sure they're consistant.

Being not very creative with wire, I'm kind of pleased with myself that I came up with a solution to my hook dilema. It does make a very pretty, dainty bracelet. I used 4mm beads. I know I saw one someone made, when I was at Wm. Holland, and she used 6mm beads.
