Having grown up in the furniture moving business, nail their asses to the wall! What they did is illegal in many states and they are in violation of their PUC license. I'm so sorry it turned out badly for you. The moving biz has changed radically in the past 15-20 years, and NOT for the better. My dad is probably rolling in his grave.
