Standard Lengths

Oct 03, 2005 1 Replies

I have been making jewelry for myself but in two weeks I will be selling at a flea market. I am very small boned so my bracelets, chokers and anklets are tiny. What are the standard lengths one would use for these items?

Thanks,

Beth

Beth,

you don't want to go by overall length, because if you use thicker beads, a 7" bracelet won't fit the same as one made with tiny beads.

Standard wrist measurement is about 7". One thing that I've invested in (and it's not even that expensive) is one of those EZ bracelet sizers. That way you get a consistent fit, regardless of the size beads you are using.
