The nemisis is DONE!!

Well, I finished that *lovely* dolphin lighter. YAY! It's posted on beadershaven for anyone that wants to/can look. Made another one too (gavel for an auctioneer) which probably explains why I feel so tired today. Couldn't imagine why........ AND I repaired a wolf lighter I'd made a while back (and scanned it in the process!) (The things get dropped, beads break and it's no big deal to go back and add a few. Now, repairs jobs that involve broken thread..........let's not go there)

Sitting here contemplating sleep even though I know it's definately NOT an option. Oh Well. That's what coffee's for. As I sit here, drinking my espresso, waiting for the caffeine to kick in............

Thank you. And of course, someone saw it and wanted one just like it! I'm about 2/3 done with it. Going MUCH easier than the first (after some fiddling with the colors of course!) Really need to get that to-do list whittled down (there's even a few people here that have requested things!) But, right now, these are coming first and the rest will be dealt with later (needed to get some nessesities - diapers, formula and the like) (and since the one was pre-paid, I was able to!) I just LOVE the end of the month! If it wasn't for my beading, I don't know where we'd be. Sometimes I wish DH wasn't quite so good at getting me orders

It's wonderful!! Did you make the pattern, or where did you get hte pattern?

Well, I had a pattern of the single dolphin and just flipped it over to do the "balance" design. Then had another pattern for the background fill (which is where I kept running into problems) So, yes and no. I have a lot of patterns I've gotten off the net that I use components of (pieces of patterns, color combinations, etc) Most of them are too big for lighters but they give me ideas!
