The Starlia Rose part 2

formatting link
in the jewelry folder you can see what happened with the Rose by Starlia. The beautiful bead Starlia made looks just as I imagined it would, perfect. The second picture shows the rather homely bead that the rose replaces. The third picture is of the necklace I made for last years challenge, using the clear bead necklace from picture two, as well as some cool yin yang beads from a garage sale find, and some polyclay beads of my own making. The Rose, and wooden beads, and those white whatever they ares, are an interesting juxtaposition of textures, colors and styles that delight me. I like remaking jewelry!!! Thank you for looking, Diana

Oh my gosh! I would never think to put a rose with those beads. It's beautiful! I'm flattered.

The nice thing is that we know the artist, and its possible she will make more. I was so happy this rose decided it wanted to follow me home. Thank you, Linda, for not bidding it out of my reach. :-) Diana

That's a gorgeous necklace! I love it. I have a Starlia rose that I wear all alone on a choker, it sits against my throat perfectly.
