Those cocoa bat and hanging bat beads spawned this necklace for a dear friend who treasures All Hallows Eve. There are polyclay beads and seeds of gold and green. It isnt quite done, it will slip over the head, but needs knotting and such. I just couldnt wait to share. So, big thanks to Starlia for the inspiration to make this fun and silly necklace.. (silly in a nice, fun way) Diana

I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence, but it comes from within. It is there all the time. Anna Freud

Thanks Sooz!! You *know* how I feel about Cute! (gag) Im plotting a Christmas themed one, a dolphin theme, and an Easter one. Heh heh.. to fun. Jelly beans instead of candy corn... One question, perhaps you can tell me... Im using a nylon stringing material, with wire inside. There wont be a opener thingy.. can i get away with knotting this stuff and putting a dab of some glue on the knot and tucking the loose ends inside the beads? Diana

I don't tie SoftFlex, I crimp it. (You can TIE it---???!!!) And mostly I'm not a stringer anyway, I'm a beadweaver. I use Fireline and stuff. ~~ Sooz To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong. ~~Joseph Chilton Pearce

Oh. Hmm. I may need to find new stringing stuff. Or learn to crimp, and get a crimper.. yes.. a good one... Thanks Sooz. :-) Diana

You can knot the thinnest Soft Touch (made by Soft Flex) but not the thicker stuff - it won't stay.

Crimping is so easy once you get the hang of it!! The Links List has a couple of tutorials inder the Instructions section.
