Hi Becki! How ya doin' lately??

It's just bad timing, hon. The first sets went up the same time Darian started school, and I had issues to work out there. I've been trying to get the next ones up all weekend, but it's hard to do when half the household, including myself, has the flu. I've done nothing today but work on them. They will be listed in about ten minutes. And why would I flame you for asking? Weirdo, lol!

Stick around, sweetheart. LOL. Whenever the hard questions get asked someone has a problem with it. We got lucky this time.

Candace -- just so you know, the Klew-like polymer clay piece wasn't donated by the artist, but by me. Sorry. I thought you knew which pieces came from me, LOL. Several in the last set of auctions and this one, I bought on Ebay.

However, you are right in one sense. That incredible piece WAS donated! LOLOLOLOL (don't you love it when things turn out right)

I really, really wish that I had seen their spy, waiting for me to come out of the house. A quick phone call to my next door neighbor would have secured me a quick rental of "Bosco." Their dads and uncules are retiring, and their kids and nephews, and any Asian kids who an pass the test gets into training camp)

Go ahead, Mr or Ms. Spy. Try and catch me breakin the rules. (Good luck - I've been exremely careful not to break any.) On suggestion, tough: Don't pass around my photo and imply that you are police or investigators of any kind. You won't get too far. Sorry.

Becki, I didn't state that it was donated by the artist, only that it was made by her. Not being sure of who the donor was, and very pressed for time, I couldn't try to hunt down everyone who donated to ask if they were that person. I apologise if that bothered you. I figured the method of mentioning the artist was good for bringing in sales, and saying "this piece is donated" would cover the fact that it was donated. As you know, I have many things here that I can't identify, and I'm told you are the donor of them. Not being the original person these items were mailed to, I can't just look at the mailing address and know who it's from. Once I can get pics of all of it, and posted somewhere you can see them, I'll know for sure who did what and I'll be sure to state that correctly in the future.

Please e-mail me if you find any other errors. Quite frankly, having my newbie mistakes pointed out to me on a public forum is rather embarrassing. I am more than happy to work on them, but would rather be told about them privately. This feels very much like being called to the front of the class.

Sorry about that Candace - I should have made that more clear to you when I mailed the stuff to you. The majority of those things were donated by Becki - only a couple were donated by the original artist. I thought I labeled them, but I must have missed one. Folks - this is a really time consuming and difficult task, so please let's go easy on Candace. :) Candace, if you have questions, please do email me. ((((hugs))))

Kandice, as frazzled as I have been the past two weeks, you probably could have itemized each item on a spreadsheet and I wouldn't get it. I'm working on improving, and with any luck, I'll succeed. I don't want folks getting agitated over this.

Is it necessary to attribute the donor in each auction? Maybe you can have a general thank you on the website, with a list of donor's names. Easier to maintain, still follows the convention of publicly thanking the donors, but will eliminate the possibility of attributing something to the wrong donor and will also reduce the drudgery of listings. Besides, frankly, as a donor I have to say it's not about me and I don't care whether my name is on the stuff or not (although of course I guess since I'm also the artist, it is kinda relevant to selling the items).

There IS a list of the folks who have donated. It's on the Princess page at Starlia's website--that link is in my sig. I'm changing one line in the html for the layour--it will tell folks where to find the list. I already have a link pointing folks to the page, but I need to get that moved to an eBay "Me" page--right now, it's a button on each auction. Problem solved, and Kalera- it was a serious hang up when I was writing up each one:)

And when it comes down to it, you're doing a volunteer job. I think it's great that you've offered your time to do this, keeping an eye on auctions, and then handling the postage and shipping afterwards in addition to creating the auctions is a very generous effort on your part.

Thank you, Su. I appreciate your support. I do want to clarify tho--there is a shipping charge included in the auctions--$1.50 per auction.
