Letsee... I won't purchase from them again.

I saw their ad in a bead mag for their mass bead special, and ordered it in late December. After four weeks I didn't get anything, but they had charged my credit card. So I called them, and left a message on their voicemail (incidentally, I NEVER ONCE got an actual person on the line when I called them; always their voicemail).

A couple of days later when someone did return my call, they had a "surely you did get the package, and you're just trying to scam a second package out of us" attitude.

Anyway, to make a months-long story short, I finally did get a package from them (the second one; the first one never showed up), but they charged me a second time (may I mention, it was a lousy choice of bead colors in that assortment). At this point, I got my credit card company involved, and as of, oh, June(?), they were still battling it out because Bead Giant hadn't done whatever the CC company was asking them to do (which was to credit back one of the charges).

I'm just letting the credit card company handle it, and when I don't see any more credit/charge entries on that credit card for three months straight I'll consider it over.

I will never purchase from them again, no matter how good a deal I think they're advertising. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I should have asked on a beading list first.

I ordered the 2400 beads special from them in April. I paid with a money order. I received the order timely and was so satisfied with the beads that I'm ordering two more sets today.
