Crazy eBayer with a scam

I am at my wits end and thankfully Adriana notified me of this crazy person way ahead of her antics.

I sold a set on eBay. She says she paid weeks ago. In reality she sent the MO on the 10th and as of Thursday last week it was not in the PO box. After the harassing emails I said I would send the MO back and we would be clean. Now I'm getting emails from her that I had better send the beads. Period. Then another email seconds later saying I needed to send her $12 when I send the MO back to cover charges. Huh?

Please be careful if you are a seller. If you want her eBay ID please email me.

Now she is doing exactly the same thing she did to others. She gave me a negative. I've already filed with Safe Harbor. She will probably contact my buyers and create a yahoo account with my name. What a loony.

Yes she has done these things before. This is her response to Square Trade:

a.. Very simple. MO was mailed on Aug. 10 and seller has lied about receiving it until I threatened to put a stop-payment on it. Now suddenly, she found/rec'd the MO and will not send my merchandise. I want the merchandise I paid for on Aug. 10th; not the money order back that I cannot cash. Furthermore, I have been contacted by other of her customers who have said she pulled the same tactics with them.

I didn't receive it until Saturday. She threatened to cancel MO before that date. She said it had been weeks and it had been 10 days. I don't want to send merchandise because of her antics. I do not believe she has been contacted by other customers. That has never happened before.

Please, if you receive an email from this person or one from me that sounds weird please let me know.

Make a photocopy of the envelope and the money order. The cancellation date will be on the envelope, confirming the actual date of receipt at her local post office.

This whole mess sucks. WTF does she think she's doing demanding $12 for anyway? What a psycho!

I have seen the other emails she has sent to other customers from others she is doing the same thing too. Thankfully I have my email at hotmail and yahoo already set up. She is sending them as if they were from the seller.

I would report all of this to E-Bay and go for the removal of her account. Also, ask to get her feedback removed.

She sounds like a total wacko!

I know that on TradeMe in NZ if I say I will relist after (say 7 days) if payment is not received, then TradeMe will refund my fees and will put a comment to the effect that the transaction was not completed. Feedback can be left, but if the person is abusive then I can ask to have the feedback removed. They will almost always remove feedback from someone abusing the process.

Go for it, I reckon! You have nothing to lose!!
