This was very cool!

I went out to get lunch this afternoon and when I ordered my sandwich, the woman behind the deli counter said, "I *love* your earrings!" I said "Thanks; I made them myself," and took one off and handed it to her to look at. She asked me a few questions about them, and wanted my card :)

It really felt good to get an unsolicited compliment about something I made just yesterday.

Here's a picture of them:

Thanks, Kathy; that is so kind of you to say.

You know, I don't often go for hearts, either, but I saw these the other day, and they just screamed "buy me"!

Thanks, Helen. I am trying to keep most of my designs pretty simple, and I like those little rounded beads quite a lot, too :)

Wow, isn't that fun? I still have to take a card over there; I didn't have one on me when I was in there the other day and yesterday I was out of town. I guess I'll get that done this afternoon, thanks for the reminder :)

Laura

Thank you, and me neither. But those hearts called to me. Dave thought they looked like little perfume bottles :)
