totally OT an e-mail I have just received.

I have just had an e-mail with the subject of "Sonset". A miss spelling I thought. It was from my youngest son. He often sends me pictures of spectacular sun rises and sunsets that he has taken pictures of.

Both my sons are on ferries as Chief Electronic officers. They get to meet each other every other day when both in the same port and one goes to join the other for lunch on the others ship.

The e-mail today enclosed a picture of two smiling sons holding a placard saying Happy Birthday Mam.

It is my 73 birthday tomorrow and I laughed when I saw it but felt quite touched with the sentiment of it. This is a keeper and will end up in the family tree box. It is better than any bought card.

How lovely and thoughful of your sons!!! Very creative boys you have there ...

I just stopped by the newsgroup to wish you HAPPY BIIRTHDAY.

Hope you have a wonderful day and another year filled with beads and all other creative things you enjoy. Best wishes ...

How sweet, Shirley!! I agree! That's better and more clever than any store bought card! Can you put the picture on your website, so we can see? I've enjoyed seeing the pictures of your family that you have up.

Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday, sweet Shirley! May your special day be just as wondeful as you are!

Hugs,
