Painted on with a stencil! Haw ~~ Sooz

LOL! Gwyn is one of my several Bestest Friends, a group which is subject to endless expansion. :) She is my soul-twin and my youngest daughter's goddessmother, and an overall delightful, quirky, wonderful person. Our paths crossed a phenomenal number of times before we eventually became friends, in a series of coincidences so numerous and strange that to list them all would be a recount of my entire life. It was almost like fate kept throwing us into each other's path but we were too obtuse to notice, so Fate finally had to get medieval on our asses.

Don't think I haven't thought of that one, I have...really! LOL

I knew it, I have heard you talk about her before. Danged CRS!

Won't ask you to recount your entire life but would love to hear how Fate got medieval on you two.

I have pale sparce eyebrows and have considered it...but I'm too chicken. I want brown eyeliner tattooed too. Now I have tattoos and pierces all over, but on my face? Too scary!

Stephanie

We kept ignoring our potential for friendship, so Fate escalated our brushes... until I ended up marrying and having TWO kids by her ex-boyfriend. Gwyn saw the birth announcement for the second one (Sam) in the paper, and said to herself, "Hey, that must be that girl he was living with that time when we moved into the apartment below his... maybe I'll send them a card".

The rest is history!

The full extent of the coincidences is just bizzarre, starting when I was 12 and she was 14, and my mom moved to Lopez island with me. So did her mom, with her. We both lived there for two years. We both went to the high school. We both played in *exactly the same woods*. We both bicycled the same roads and played the same imagination games. We both moved back to Portland and eventually both dated the same guy. She dated him three different times, the last time *right* before I met him. She nannied for the people who lived below me when I lived at one apartment building, and when I moved, she moved into the apartment below mine.

Five years later, I gave birth to the kid whose birth announcement brought us together. :)

Crummy Recall System? ~~ Sooz

Truly medieval. You're right.

Yeah, I want a teensy bit of tattooing right at the outer edge of my upper eyelid, right between my lashes. I'm seriously thinking about it. It makes this incredible amount of difference in the look of my face -- just a millionth of an inch of eyeliner, right there.

Okay. It's just a tiny amount of effort. Ridiculous -- I'm going to just draw it every day. (Gave myself my own wakeup call -- duh.)

People have been known to do their Rogaine before bed, not wait for it to fully dry.....and get hair on their faces instead, in weird places. It gets on the pillowcase, then.....you get the idea.

~~ Sooz

Ha! I already have that "oh so not nice" benefit without the rogaine unfortunately it's on my chin! LMAO

heheheee

I was just remembering the first time I heard of a celebrity tattooing her eye liner and eye brows. It was Phyllis Diller! She looked very good too until she went into major aging mode then the tattoos looked like clown makeup.

Woohoo! Now that is a great story and may you both find each other in the next realm too.

That's the polite way of saying, "Can't Remember S*it".

hee Now you have a title for polite society too. ~~ Sooz

Doesn't everyone? YECCH Who invented that?!? Damn them....

I could imagine the Rogaine tufts on the nostrils only.....or just under their eyes.....or one spot in the middle of a cheek. Haw haw haw ~~ Sooz

uh yeah....the woman who accidentally waxed my eyebrows then looked at my upper lip and chin and said "want me to take care of that for you?"...

I about RAN outta there... NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
