What is "4WC"?

I've noticed on just about all the lampwork artists' ebay auctions, they have somewhere, usually in the title, "4WC". So, I did a search, using only that and it came back with "e-bay-4WC, Loose Beads, Self-Representing Artists, and Paintings items at low prices"



Okay, I get that this is a specific kind of listing. What I don't get is what the 4WC stands for. The only thing I can think of is "for wet canvas" but that doesn't make much sense, unless everyone is donating the proceeds to wet canvas! Or maybe it's "from wet canvas" and is a way for people to search only artists belonging to wet canvas?

4WC does stand for "for Wet Canvas" and means that the artist belongs to Wet Canvas. It's sort of a professional designation and leads the purchaser to the wet canvas site where they can search for more website from the member artists. Patti
