My husband and I shall be visiting the USA from New Zealand next year
- probably August. We shall be in California - from Monterey north and into Oregan and Washington State. I think this is often referred to as the Pacific North-West. I shall also be spending a week in Chicago at the end of August into first week of September.
I would very much like to be able to participate in a beading workshop or something similar. How do I find out about when and where such events are scheduled please. Is there a website that I can go to in order to get such information.
We do not have such events here. Our only hands-on learning experience is through bead outlets that hold lessons in specific projects (e.g. earrings, or necklaces, or bracelets). These are expensive and there is little interaction with other beaders and their experiences.
Can someone help me with this please?
