Trying to figure out how to use the actual Bernina cutwork, I chose a design, downloaded it to my usb stick, put it in my 730, stitched out the "default" design, took out the bobbin & thread spool, inserted the cutwork tool, set it to #1 as indicated by the machine, pushed the start button, the machine starts to run, stops and the screen gives me an error message indicating that I'm to check the bobbin for broken thread? If I'm using the cutwork tool, why would I need the bobbin, the machine isn't going to stitch anything it's cutting correct?
