I'm not sure why you are having difficulty locating it:

As far as I can see, the only things that the $99 Dakota Sizer can do that the FREE WilcomTrueSizer can't do is combine designs. Oh yes it can also UNDO, which Wilcom can't. But is that worth the hundred dollar difference?
