I'm using Embird 8.0 to split designs and there is reference to 'alignment marks'. I went through the tutorial and I believe I got the marks right but there is also a reference to 'tie-on/off' stitches.
I think that these are stitches that 'seal' the top half of the design before you re hoop to the bottom half.
My questions are: a) There doesn't seem to be a setting in Embird to tell the machine (Brother PE-150) to insert these stitches. How do I do this? and b) Do I cut the threads when I re hoop or just let them be?
Any help would be appreciated.
