Please help... I just received my new Giant Hoop-it-all for my Janome 9000 today. I can not understand how to split and save the design for sew. It tells me there is an (Error) Object crossed boundary of Giant Hoop-it-All hoop or it is too big. You must either delete, split or position this object correctly. What do I need to do. I read the instructions but I guess my brain is on pause. An ideas would be appreciated.
