Any one know what would be the cause of an embroidery machine (Inbro) to not lock the stitches ? the needle goes up and down but does not stitch. The dealer had his business number disconnected and doesn't return any calls on his cell phone. I have had so many problems with this machine and now don't know where to turn.

How about contacting customer support here:
My first guess would be that the needle is not the correct size causing the connection length to be slightly short so the loopers won't catch the thread. or, possibly the needle is put in backwards....always have the rounded side in the front facing you.
